Tell us about the company, Giulia.
Our company was founded in 2014 in Treviso, north Italy and we produce and distribute organic herbal food supplements for cholesterol, immunity, metabolism and antioxidant.
How many people work for the business?
4 people.
Who do you sell to?
At the moment our business is mostly B2C. We sell directly to private customers. But our aim is to switch to retailers, distributors and importers.
Is there a specific product you're particularly proud of and why?
We are proud of our best seller Verdepuro Bio, an organic olive leaf extract in liquid form for immunity, cholesterol, hypertension and a natural antioxidant. We are proud of it because we use the finest and organic raw materials (Italian olive leaves) and because we can extract from the olive leaf a high percentage of active ingredients and polyphenols.
Actually, Verdepuro Bio is currently the product with the highest concentration of olive's polyphenols (oleuropein) in the market.
What do you most enjoy about running your business?
Our aim is spreading the extraordinary properties of the olive leaf in a sustainable way to contribute to well-being and health of people and making the world a better place for us and for future generations.
When you’re not working, what do you enjoy doing?
I love being updated about newest trends about natural remedies and in my free time I love to try new emerging brands and product, I am also a proud mum of a newborn daughter, I love nature.
What do you think of the free Product Guru platform?
We started using Product Guru because it was the only way to submit our products to some big retailers. Now we are updating it on a weekly basis and we are following all next events.
