According to Dr Steven Lin;
Daily use of anti-bacterial Dental Products could have serious long term health effects.
Oral bacteria are now an established source for one of the major pathways for nitric oxide (NO) production in the body.
It is crucial for many key functions including:
Blood flow: NO helps to relax blood vessels, which allows blood to flow more easily. This is important for preventing high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke.
Immunity: NO helps to fight off infection by killing harmful bacteria and viruses.
Digestion: NO helps to relax the muscles in the digestive tract, which makes it easier for food to pass through the body.
