Product Guru Supplier Focus – Into the World of Dipp'd
We spoke to founder and managing director, Ameya Bathija, about their brand - Dipp'd.
Tell us more about your company.
At Dipp’d, we love food. We also love dipping sauces. But, we’ve never seen these two worlds collide. So we decided to create a world of flavour where we could have both at the same time…
There’s nothing like a good old sauce that enhances every single bite you take, leaving you with no choice but to dip throughout your meal because without it, that bite just doesn’t taste the same. You know the feeling.
Using undertones of our favourite foods near and far, we crafted unique sauces to enliven any dish, creating the perfect fusion of taste in every palette!
What do you most enjoy about your business?
I enjoy every aspect of the business. I find it exciting, especially with a product and industry such as ours, there's never a boring day at the office!
Is there a specific product you've particularly proud of and why?
We're extremely proud of our Naga Tikka! Think hot sauce. Rooted in India, Naga Chilli Peppers and Tikka Masala converge to spice up (pun intended) the highlight of every meal - sauce. Our Naga Tikka won this years great taste award and we couldn't be more proud!
For the founder/face of the brand - when not working, what do they enjoy doing?
When I'm not working, I love doing different activities such as sports and live events!

Who do you sell your products to?
We sell our products only through our website at the moment. Our ideal target market is food lovers. Any foodie will definitely love our sauces!
What are your ambitions for the company?
We hope to be on supermarket shelves spreading the joy of a good sauce all over the world.
What dGo you think of the free Product Guru platform? What encouraged you to join?
I think the Product uru platform is great. As a small brand it's extremely difficult to reach/pitch to retailers without exorbitant budgets. Product guru makes it a lot easier for us small brands to compete without having to bleed through our pockets.
