How many people work for the business?

Co-founders Paula and Damian run the business day to day. Makeup artists, makeup and beauty experts, sales representatives and contractors work for the business during makeup and beauty shows as well as other events.

What do you most enjoy about running your business?

What I love about running my business is it keeps me constantly on my toes whether it's creativity, designs, sales and marketing , social media promotions, and the list goes on... At the end of the day with all the work we go through, it's the most rewarding thing to see the product in others' hands and getting their feedback and seeing someone else sharing their love for your product is so gratifying and makes everything we've worked for worth it. The greatest thing s that the people who use our products really appreciate what we provide. Their responses give me motivation and courage to keep producing better items to excite them.

When you’re not working, what do you enjoy doing?

Spending time with my lovely family, long walks with dog-boxer Rex. Hiking, biking, being in nature clear my mind and helped me to feel more grounded, peaceful and makes me happy. I also love reading and a good film.
